  1. Preferable futures      Look 20 years ahead
  2. More parental involvement - parental contracts
  3. Improve teaching practices - Khan Academy style teaching www.khanacademy.org/ 
  4. Unions, Gov’t, Families, Schools work together toward goal “educate students” rather than adult bickering
  5. Hire and retain teachers based on qualifications and performance
  6. Increase by 2x, 3x, number of charter schools\
  7. Reduce the need for teachers unions
  8. Empower teachers
  9. Brain implant / augmentation
  10. Insure high speed and mobile access to web courses, searches, etc. for to all students, worldwide
  11. Students teaching other students (teaching fosters deeper learning)
  12. Restructure US school term to compete (more days, shorter time off)
