Suggested recommendations from member at large (Bill Weir)

1) Creation of a Program committee. 2) Different members each having rotating responsibility for each Saturday of the month. 3) Chairman (President) responsible for ascertaining two weeks in advance the responsible member will fulfill the commitment. 4) Yearly meeting to decide which Saturdays we will not meet, (holidays) 5) In case a member will not be present on their Saturday of the month, the member will enlist another member to take responsibility and report this commitment to the president as soon as possible, preferably a month in advance. 6) Programs will be announced minimum two weeks Prior with changes being made as necessary.

Speaker system: Omni Directional Microphone Purchase, Discussion on current speaker systems.
